TheSoccerFactory.com has partnered up with the biggest brands to provide you with the latest gear available. All orders placed with us will be delivered to you directly from the manufacturer unless you require printing of logos and/or numbers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular shipping time varies between 3-12 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time with each manufacturer. Keep in mind that expedited shipping is available, however, expedited shipping will not affect the designated processing time with the manufacturer. For orders with customization please see our “Customized Order” section below.

Can I pay for rushed shipment?

Yes. We do offer various forms of rush shipping, including 3-day, 2-day and overnight for orders. Keep in mind that paying for rush shipping does not affect the manufacturer’s processing time. The rush shipping only affects the transit time.

Will tracking information be provided to me when my order ships?

For orders shipping directly from the manufacturer tracking information will be provided to you by contacting customerservice@thesoccerfactory.com. We will respond within 48 business hours. For orders shipping from The Soccer Factory production facility you will be automatically emailed the tracking number once your order ships. Please check your spam as these are automated emails and they can be flagged at times.

Do you ship to countries outside of the US?

Yes! In order to accommodate our international shoppers we now offer international shipping. These orders will not be able to be processed online at this time. In order to place your order please contact customerservice@thesoccerfactory.com

Will I be liable for customs fees?

For orders with customization (numbers, logos, player names) please allow 2-3 weeks before you receive your order. This includes any promotions (ex: free numbering) that are available at the time of your purchase. All orders with customization will be shipped from our location in San Antonio, Texas, via the United Parcel Service of America (UPS). Once your order is shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your package(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated on the UPS website.

Expediting Shipments

Customers selecting expediting shipping services please take note that your order is still subject to processing times before the order ships. Processing time can be 2-7 business days depending on inventory levels and time of season.
